Wikimedia Bangladesh, a chapter of the Wikimedia Foundation, has also been established in Bangladesh. The volunteers of this non-profit organization work to make people aware of and enrich Wikipedia through workshops, article competitions, etc. in different parts of the country. Wikimedia is expected to be an integral part of the open knowledge ecosystem by 2030. No one seems to disagree that Wikipedia is the main culprit.

In this world of open knowledge, it is up to the Bengali speakers to take the Bengali language forward. The encyclopedia of our dreams is probably built by working together, where anyone from any part of the world can read the topics of their interest in their mother tongue.
